Mushrooms and berries

Fresh mushrooms and berries are sorted by hands. Mushrooms are calibrated according to customers‘ requirements.

Fresh mushrooms have to be heat-treated before consumption. Fresh champignons and fresh berries have to be washed before consumption.

All fresh products are stored in refrigerators-chillers, ensuring optimal storage regime.
